Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LongTradingTech websites, mobile applications, software, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using a LongTradingTech product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use a product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

LongTradingTech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use our apps for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable app store rules.

Our products are licensed, not sold. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, software, design, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

Some products may allow you to create an account or store content. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant LongTradingTech the limited rights needed to host, process, display, synchronize, and transmit that content solely to provide the product. You must have the rights needed to use and share any content you provide.

Some apps may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, free trials, or premium features. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel them through the account settings of the store where you purchased them. Refunds are handled according to that store's policies and applicable law.

You may not misuse our products, violate laws or the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, or use our products for deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Unless permitted by law, you may not copy, resell, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our apps or technology. Automated access is allowed only through interfaces we expressly provide.

Your use of Apple App Store, Google Play, device platforms, external websites, or third-party features is also governed by their terms. LongTradingTech is not responsible for third-party products, availability, content, or practices.

Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for LongTradingTech products except where their own terms require otherwise.

LongTradingTech and its licensors own all rights in our products, including software, visual design, branding, documentation, and original content. These terms do not grant permission to use our names, logos, or marks without written consent.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without restriction or compensation.

We may update, add, change, or discontinue features to improve a product, maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or respond to technical and business needs.

We work to provide reliable products but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

You may stop using our products at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, unlawful conduct, platform requirement, or harm to LongTradingTech, users, or third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LongTradingTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as our products, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The updated date identifies the latest version. Continued use after revised terms take effect means the revised terms apply.
